As a board member of the Romanian Handicapped Ministries, headquartered in Milford, Tom has donated both his time and expertise through visits to Romania, attending board meetings, preparing the organization’s financial work, and fundraising. The Romanian Handicapped Ministries provides hope and a future for young adults with disabilities in Romania.
