The Ohio House of Representatives approved a bill this week which makes marijuana use for limited, medicinal p
urposes one step closer to become legal in the state of Ohio. There are reasonable opinions on both sides of the debate. Are you prepared for the questions this raises as an employer? A provision in the current bill would allow employers to fire workers who test positive for marijuana even if they’re prescribed the drug.
